Initial Consultation

Chat about the support you're looking for and check that we're both happy to work together, with no obligation to book sessions if it doesn't feel right. I aim to provide information to help you decide if therapy with me is the right choice for you.

Usually lasts 15 minutes, but can last up to 30 minutes.


50 minute sessions, usually held once a week at the same time. Please contact to discuss other arrangements.

Our sessions together are your space to talk about whatever feels most pressing each week. My job as your therapist is to hold space for your story to be heard, helping you to reframe your thoughts, and improve your mindset. You lead me where you'd like to go and together we'll uncover your healing journey.
